What are the gym timings?

Gym floor is open 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM daily. MMA training runs 6:00 – 8:30 PM. Sunday is open 24 hours.

What does admission cost?

One-time admission is ₹2,000 on first join. It is waived in the 13-month offer plan (₹9,000). Gym membership starts at ₹1,000/month.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, dedicated PT at ₹6,000/month with a certified personal trainer. Note: PT does not include the gym membership, which is a separate plan.

Is MMA training for beginners?

Absolutely. MMA, kickboxing and self-defence sessions are coached by National Gold Medalist Sarif and the combat team. Beginners start with fundamentals, pads and technique before sparring.

What should I bring for my first session?

Just comfortable training clothes, indoor shoes and a water bottle. For MMA sessions, bring hand wraps if you have them. The gym provides bags and pads.

Yes, all batches are unisex and open to everyone. Train alongside a supportive community of men and women at every level.
